An 8-week program for singles – starting May 6th 2024
On Zoom on Mondays from 6:00-7:30pm UK time, May 6 to June 24.
The total cost is 200€ / £175 / 1000 lei.
Applications are now open!
(in fact, they’ve just been extended – apply by 1pm UK, this Monday 29th April!)

What is this program & who is it for?
“It’s basically a sharing circle for people who have left the bad relationship but haven’t found the good one yet.”
This program is open to all genders.
There will be a maximum of 15 participants.
This program is for people who have already done some self-development work who are experiencing that the relationships they used to have aren’t the relationships they want any more.
You don’t have to be single – perhaps you are nearing the end of a romantic relationship or maybe have just started a new one.
A key focus of the program is what it’s like to be alone – so if you’re not experiencing loneliness or haven’t experienced that recently/regularly, this program might not be for you.

What will we learn?
Here is the program outline (note that we might tweak as we go, based on the needs of the group):
Week 1: Welcome – We’ll get to know each other, ask what you need to feel safe in the group, answer any questions
Week 2: When did you know it wasn’t working any more? – We’ll reflect together on past relationships and what told us it wasn’t working – how did we know?
Week 3: Dating (ugh!) – We’ll share (or vent!) about our experience or lack of experience in dating and what that brings up for us.
Week 4: How’s it going being lonely? – A space to share, to grieve about what it really feels like being lonely
Week 5: Loneliness as a resource – Following from last week, we’ll harness our loneliness and get creative
Week 6: Have you really done “the work”? – What self-development work have you already done? What actually worked for you and your process? Let’s make a plan for what you need to really nurture your relationship with yourself.
Week 7: How do you want to show up in the world? – What does your body say when your needs are being met, when you’re expressing your boundaries? What’s it like when you show up as the authentic you? (Note: We’ll invite people to stay behind after this session to record video testimonials)
Week 8: Goodbye! – We’ll reflect on our time together, notice what we’ve learned, how we’ve grown. We’ll express anything that we haven’t had a chance to express yet. We’ll celebrate!

Each session will roughly follow this format:
Welcome -> A short grounding -> Check-ins -> Conversations in break-out rooms using reflective questions based on week’s theme -> Whole group discussion -> Close

We will do our best to create and maintain a space of safety, honouring the rules that we agree together in the first session.
During our time together, we will continue with our own practices of self-care which include meeting with our own therapists, supervisors and all the other bits and pieces we do to keep ourselves well to hold the space for you all.

In addition to the year long CI training, Joe has also trained in Solutions Focused coaching with SolutionsAcademy and Relational Mindfulness with Maura Sills at the Karuna Institute on Dartmoor.
Joe has a lot of experience being in unhealthy relationship dynamics(!) and has learnt a lot over the past few years in how to identify and ask for what he wants in relationship. He describes his current adventure as being “like an excited Labrador on an exciting quest to have his relational needs met!“.
Joe is big into music (especially progressive metal), pretentious coffee, growing tasty organic vegetables, yoga, running, learning Japanese and walking his neighbour’s dog, Toby! Some nice words about Joe: “Joe is a pleasure to work with. He is an experienced facilitator, able to hold space and create a relaxed environment for everyone to enjoy themselves as well as step out of their comfort zone and grow. His passion for participation, people and fun always shines through ” – Alice Adams – Founder, Power With

About Ines
Ines is a Compassionate Inquiry Certified Practitioner and she uses Gabor Maté’s amazing approach in her work, guiding clients to step into their authentic selves and to live a life full of meaning and presence.
She is also a Nirvana Fitness instructor and a writer.
When she’s not working with her clients, Ines is parenting her (almost) 8-year-old daughter and her (almost) 2-year-old cat. You might find her on her yoga mat or her couch, watching Grey’s Anatomy, enjoying her coffee and her life.
She is also a magna cum Laude graduate of the school of unhealthy relationships and she’s done a lot of digging into her core beliefs and trauma, to step out of those dynamics. Now she is out of the drama, but she finds herself lonely sometimes.
Some nice words about Ines: “Ines is an authentic human being, who is giving 100% of her passion and knowledge when she’s working with people. She does this naturally, in her own lovely way.” (Emma, bodyworker)
